Sho-Dan since November of 2007

I was born in Ann Arbor, MI on 01/26/66. I have been studying the martial arts for about 25 years. I've obtained belts in Tae Kwon Do (Green), Shoto Kan Karate (Brown), and Koei Kan (Green). I've also studied basic police Jui Jitsu and instruct police officers in the same as well as baton training, weapon retention, and disarming. I have competed in several archery tournaments and french foil fencing.

I currently instruct others in pistol shooting, patrol rifle, and shotgun proficiency.

I have found that the martial arts offers me a means to seek a peaceful heart, strong body, and a clear mind.
