Sho-Dan since November 2007

Guy was born in Solihull, England on February 5th, 1957 and moved to the United States in January 1997. At college, he obtained a degree in Computer Science and has been in the computer field all his life. He currently works as a Marketing Director for SAP, a Global Software company and is married with two children.

Guy began his martial arts training as a teenager in England, where he practiced Judo for two years. He started Isshinryu in 2001 after watching his son, Jonathan who is now a Jr. Black Belt train for the previous 4 years. He enjoys all aspects of the OKC club, especially the excellent level of training and support he has got from the Black Belts as well as the many new friends he has made. He also enjoys competing in the tournaments and feels he learns something new every time he attends class. His favorite katas are Wansu and Tokomine No Kun.
